When placing your order:

We will do our best to package and ship your order within a timely manner. It's very important that you provide the best possible contact information at checkout should we need to get in touch to you. Please make sure your shipping address can receive packages. We are unable to change their course once it leaves our hands.

If you need a return

Please email ghost@lostdaze.com with your order number and reason for return. We can only accept returns for new, unworn merchandise with all tags still attached. If you believe you received a defective product, we may be able to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

If you'd like an exchange, simply request a return and place an order for the better size.

All returns are processed within 5 business days once we receive the package. It may take your payment provider an extra 5-10 business days to return the funds to your account. This is out of our control.

For international shoppers

Please note that all orders ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). You will be required to pay the respective duty fees at time of delivery. The courier may even reach out to you beforehand to make you aware. By placing an international order you understand these fees are your responsibility and agree to pay them. Items returned for duties unpaid will be assessed a restocking fee commensurate to the return costs.

Please note that all orders outside of the U.S. are not eligible for return or exchange.
